Van, my service intake rep was great and felt that he did everything he could to get our problem resolved as quick as possible and accommodate us in the best way he could. My issue is with the technical service received. There are scratches and scrapes in my leather steering wheel and door that were not previously there, and I drove the vehicle off the lot with a new problem that did not exist prior to being serviced by this dealership. When I dropped it off, my HUD worked fine; when I left, it was no longer operational and was unable to receive any help from staff to fix it.
