Recent purchase of equinox not a pleasant experience at no fault of salesperson. He was professional and working within his ability however the situation set me up for bad experience. First off the car of interest was not on site so they sent for it. I agreed to fill out paperwork and agreed to price on vehicle as advertised. 6 hours later on the drive home I noticed the car had 2800 more miles than advertised and the cargo cover was not included. I emailed sales person who stated Randy Jr would throw in an oil change 45 minutes from my residence. I stopped by the dealership talked directly to Randy Jr who stated the picture on the internet showing the cargo cover is likely that of a similar car and they often post picture of similar models as different cars to suit their needs. While this may be true one can tell this is not the case from the pictures. In response to the miles he said we made a deal and everyone knew their was more miles on the car. Not true, as I the customer was not informed there would be almost 3000 more miles on the car. I give 3 stars instead of 1 as he offered to take the car back but being my wife’s car and unable to get in touch with her agreed to keep the car and move on.
