We came in for maintenance and services. We were originally quoted over $750 by Mark. It was A LOT higher than we were prepared to spend today. He quickly said there was a mistake and that they were charging us for extra labor. He came back with a new quote of $575 out the door. When it was time to pay, suddenly it was back to $750. He said there was a mistake and he forgot to add in the amount of our original services. After I stood up for myself the lowest he could make it was $697. I understand mistakes happen but this was a large discrepancy. We’ll definitely be taking our Subaru to a different dealership from now on.
