I only dealt with my sales associate Chris Chiara through email but he was very rude and unprofessional. He chastised me for my initial offer and told me it was insulting. If that was the case than reject it, counter it or move on. He did none of those things and responded sarcastically of how could I even consider making that offer. I didn’t know I needed to make an offer that was more to his liking to get a polite response. I replied to the general manager speaking about my experiences but the email went to Chris and so he decides to respond again. This time insulting me about how I just make up numbers and insinuating that maybe I can’t even afford the vehicle with my budget. That was my experience all within a couple of hours so I have to say that maybe another sales associate would have been more helpful but Chris certainly wasn’t.
