This is on behalf of my wife Jane Freeman and I we both co-signed for the vehicle. We purchased a 2018 Nissan Murano. Great vehicle. Clean, CarFax was good. No obvious damage. A few imperfections but that is expected with a used vehicle. Staff was friendly, not pushy. But the only thing I have issue with is the “hidden fees”. Did they show them to me? Yes. Did I agree to them? Yes. But I just want them to be honest in the pricing. If the price is 23000. Don’t put a sticker price on it for 20000 and wait until the person is ready to purchase and say this is the real price. Will I go back to Randy Marion? Maybe if they discontinue the unethical practices. I realizes the staff is just doing what they are told. Not blaming them.
