They were fine even though they didn’t help me find a loan, however they would never EVER call me back. I was told six different times I would be called back and every single time I had to call them just to get an update or to see if they were ever still trying to do something for me. So on that end the customer service is real bad. I work in sales too and I would never ignore a customer like they did me.
Fixing some issues on my credit and I am going to try again to get my Subaru in a couple months but I will go somewhere else because of the lack of communication.
