I had Keeley as my salesman and he was very helpful and friendly. When I picked up the car that I negotiated online using the consumer reports build and buy, Keeley had another customer and was very apologetic for any inconvenience in the car buying experience. I like to get in and get out so that didn’t bother me. What bothered me was the finance guy. Consumer Reports has Subaru Crosstrek as THE TOP rated in its class. These cars last for years if you take care of them. I understand trying to push the extended warranty but give me a break. The finance guy commented, “these cars have a lot of computer gadgets on them now and a lot of this is only 4 years old so they will be expected to break.” He pushed really hard and wonder if I were a man if he would have tried the same tactic. The extended warranty for anything new is a waste of money! It’s a sales tactic that I don’t fall for and I feel I’m an excellent bargain shopper. I had to tell him no twice and he just wouldn’t shut up about how I needed the warranty. He was putting SUBARU DOWN! If you feel that way about the cars, maybe you shouldn’t work there if you can’t support the dealer you work with or the cars that are sold. If it was that big of a piece of SH*T, I wouldn’t have bought the car. He turned me off but I knew he was just trying to make a commission off the warranty. Other than that, I had a great experience. Thank you Keeley and for the gentleman that stepped in to help him since he was juggling two customers at once!!! Just FYI, I’m a corporate controller for a major company and I know my numbers, I know people, and I know how to manage. With that, I’d find yourself a new finance guy…
