I can no longer support this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle 26 days ago and are already experiencing serious issues. We were told there was no coverage, despite being provided the attached document clearly showing coverage was included.
The issue could create major safety concerns, and the lack of support from management has been extremely disappointing. The GM has not been helpful in resolving the situation.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership. If something serious happens to my son as a result of this issue not being addressed, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. Also, we were unable to purchase an extended warranty because the vehicle has over 100,000 miles so we were screwed from the beginning
