Bought a gmc 2500 from this dealership about a month ago. 3 weeks later truck goes into limp mode with a service parking brake message. Get it home and check codes to see what it could be well it pulls up fuel rail related code and running lean. They get the truck towed to them which is 45 minutes away. They can’t figure out the issue relating to fuel rail code. Well two days later they call and say they figured it out changed out a map sensor. Nothing about fixing the service parking break message that came up. They call me and say it’s ready to go and fixed. Pick the truck up and 15 minutes from my house it throws it into limp mode once again and saying same message about parking break and check again with code reader. Same codes. Well i sent a message to the salesman that we dealt with and send him pictures of the code on dash. I end up calling him and telling him it was happening again, he says he will let the service department know in the morning since they close at 5pm. Next day comes around i call the service desk to get ahold of the service guy around 9 no answer called again around 11am no answer. Called manager no answer. It’s been a whole week and yet to hear from this dealership. I dont recommend this dealership at all. Spend your money somewhere else!
