The first time, I was told to wait while they transferred me, but no one answered. The second time, the call was simply dropped. The third time, I left a message requesting a callback, and I never heard back. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber, but unfortunately, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.”
