I do not recommend this dealership.
My boyfriend Angelo paid a visit today 9/5/25 to see a used truck they advertised and possibly trade in his truck. He had been in contact with salesperson, Audrey, who was a professional and eager to earn his business. He brought with him extensive knowledge of the wholesale and possible retail of his vehicle from the MMR auctions, which is used by all dealers. He had also been offered a decent trade in value from a competing dealer. He liked their truck and was willing to pay their asking price. All was going well until a gentleman, who’s name he didnt recall, who was the day shift used car appraiser, offered him approximately $5,000 less than fair auction value for the mileage on his truck. When he shared the competitors offer, he was met with the most disrespectful,
sarcastic comments and encouraging him to go get that offer. Angelo not only found this to be utterly unprofessional, this gentleman made no attempt to reconsider the low ball offer he made and it became very clear that Randy Marion does not want Angelo’s business. I write reviews because I personally use them when I’m shopping around. And I’m Hoping someone else will think twice before shopping there. So the take away here is, if you are aware of your cars worth don’t shop there. now I brace myself for the computer generated response to this review.
