Purchased a new Envista here back in May, customer service was crap, salesman constantly left me alone. I work in sales and you NEVER leave the customer. It seemed that because I dressed down they didn’t think I’d buy anything. They also lowballed my vehicle, someone tried to steal my IPad from my car as well. They stole the case and keyboard for it but thankfully returned the IPad itself when they couldn’t get into it. I believe they also stole a UO dress I had in the vehicle as well. I understand their cleaners are a 3rd party but clearly they’re looking for things to steal/sell. Another complaint is they don’t tell you the payments before having you go ahead and sign for the vehicle/meet with the accountant. Traditionally, they tell you what your payment/vehicle cost would be prior to having you go sign something. Really odd, shady car dealership but unfortunately I really wanted to buy that specific car and was in a rush. Would not purchase from these guys again.
