I had my car towed to the dealership after it wouldn’t re- start at a red light. After paying a $150 diagnostic fee, the starter was replaced and I was told it also needed a fuse block, which was also replaced. I paid $1200 when I picked up the car, drove 5 miles And then it died again. Seemingly the same issue as I had brought it in for five days earlier. It was again towed to the dealership and this time I was told that the engine had gone bad and it was part of a recall. Little guidance has been given on the replacement process and when pressed I was told that they don’t want to do the service at all because I didn’t buy the car at that dealership. They also do not want to give me a refund for the starter/fuse block that was replaced erroneously. I am in the process of getting the car towed to a different dealership for the engine repair/replacement. This has been very disappointing and I am unlikely to purchase any more vehicles from Randy Marion.
