Bought a new truck from them in 5/25. It was broke before I could drive it off the lot. They needed to fix it and it took 3 days. It was delivered and it still needed work at my local GMC dealership. So I lost a week after buying it. Truck has worked very well since. They sold me on the add on insurance for ~8 years on some of the policies and was told – yea it will work at any GM place. NOPE. Local GMC dealership won’t take it so it money out of my pocket that has to be reimbursed by the insurance company. What!!! Takes a couple weeks cause they send checks by snail mail. I tried talking to the guys at Randy Marion and they said they would get back to me right away. Nope!!!! Haven’t heard a peep from them. Finance Maher said this shouldn’t have happened and will look Ito to it right away. All I hear is crickets now. There’s more to this buying story that is negative. Be wary if you buy from them. CS ends with sale.
