BUYER BEWARE. Deleting negative reviews!! If you’re buying a car from them, GET ALLY. You’re gonna need it. They push for it because they will not fix anything. We drove 3 hours to this lot to purchase our car. After completing the deal, within a week we realized 2 of our windows were not working well. The dealer informed us that the additional coverage we paid for would solve the problem. However, they did not send the company (Ally) the needed documents for a solid week. We had to call and badger them. Upon hearing they still needed to provide an inspection sheet for us to get the windows fixed, the service manager told us he would “fill one out real quick.” We finally got everything covered, no thanks to them. My husband left another review about our experience that seems to be mysteriously missing so I’ll provide my own. Looking for a car? Go somewhere else. ❤️
