Took Buick Enclave in for Check Engine Light. Service Dept came back with codes for O2 Sensor. No where in repairs was this stated. Finally after 4 visits and “Other” repairs done check engine light still comes on. They finally replaced Sensors. Clearly in the codes it says to check for exhaust leaks. They did not do this. I even told them to check for that. After about 30 miles of driving, check engine light comes on again. Called Randy Marion to let them know and still 2 days later still NO return call. Took it to another Repair facility and within 1 hour , exhaust leak was easily discovered and repaired. The main thing I was mad about is they kept telling me about stretched timing chain. No codes were ever displayed for that. They tried to scare me into a $2000 dollar repair. The new repair facility never saw any code about timing chain and neither did Randy Marion. Very shady and dishonest place. Spending over $500 on O2 sensors was not needed. Be very skeptical about this repair facility. Also labor rates and repair times are very out of the norm. Bottom line is I took a Buick vehicle to a Buick dealership to be repaired and they could not do it.
