Joe Smith was a fantastic sales rep! Very kind and personable. The sales manager however was very unreasonable, dry and arrogant. When presented with the fact the truck was grossly over priced based on comparable vehicles and Kelly blue book value he completely dismissed the facts. Also be aware they tack on $770.00 to each vehicle in addition to the advertised price for “envirogaurd”. Be aware of the hidden fees which I felt was very sneaky.
