My service manager, Justin was great. Repair was great. However, I think charging a 3% fee for credit card payments is unaccceptable at a car dealership. You are NOT a small business and many times repairs at car dealerships are very expensive and many folks will need to put on their credit card (or want to for points purposes). In a time when we are already being crunched everywhere, I feel this is really taking advantage of people. I will probably use other service departments for this reason alone…even though we take both our chevy trucks to you guys and you’re very convenient to our home.
