Purchased a vehicle February 21st
The experience at first was them contradicting themselves saying “we can’t get you to that number” but then ended up getting me to the number I wanted to be at but it took roughly 3-4 times!
Once agreeing on a number they did everything i asked them to do except fully detail the vehicle. Every time I clean it, I manage to find something new under a seat or something and i have videos and pictures just incase they want to respond saying it was fully detailed because it definitely wasn’t!!! I don’t know if the tag issue is entirely their fault but it took 7 weeks and two sets of 30 day tags for me to get a hard tag. I wouldn’t let that stop anyone from buying there but it’s just an fyi . I wanted to make sure i got my hard tag before leaving a review to ensure there wouldn’t be any funny business. Overall 3/5
