Service writer (Kenny) was very professional. After dropping the truck off, I remembered one additional item that needed checking, so I called, but Kenny was busy with another customer, so the phone receptionist took the message and promised to give it to him. When I arrived to pick up the truck I asked Kenny if the additional item had been checked, but he had never received the message. It took an additional 20 minutes to check and correct. The 3 rating given above has more to do with the terrible experience I had when I purchased the truck last May.
