I have not been to this dealership, however when calling to make inquires, they are either extremely busy, or greatly understaffed. I have called twice to try to talk to the service department. Both times the phone rang and rang. Finally someone came on the line and said the service department was busy and took my name and number to call me back…Still waiting on those callbacks.. We will see what happens. !!! Considering going somewhere else, where at least I can speak to someone about my issue.
