Randy Marion ford in Statesville is by far the absolute worst place to take your car to get detailed,
1st time the car came back with the antenna ripped off, and the windows were not touched, streaks on inside of front window
2nd time they came and got it to redo the whole detailing and my husband called to see how far they are till the car came back, and they said it had cigarette ashes, and it smelled like smoke. We DO NOT SMOKE, the guy that dropped the car off said the team does not smoke, I told him to check the valets someone did. And still the money you pay to have this done inside still looks like crap. I’m done. No more. Think twice before you take your car there where was the customer is always right.
