Bought a vehicle and was offered a free mobile oil change. Sounds great! Day of appointment no one showed. Text back wondering if they were running late. Was informed “since we didn’t get confirmation we took you off the schedule”. I confirmed. Talked to service manager and he attempted to get someone out “in 35-40 minutes but it will be within the hour”. 90 minutes later the technician calls and says they are 20 minutes away. Had to move on and will get my service done where my time is truly valued.
