This dealership is pathetic. I saw one of their vehicles online that my wife liked so I reached called their office to see if this vehicle was available. Alejandro, the sales associate, confirmed that the vehicle was available so I made an appointment to see the vehicle the next day at 3:00pm. My wife and I left work at Noon, loaded the kids into the car and made our 3 hour trip to the dealership. Once I was 15 minutes from the dealership I received a phone call from Alejandro saying the car we inquired about was sold out from under him while he was helping a client before our appointment. I don’t know if this is a weekly occurrence, poor communication or what but apparently an appointment means nothing. I was told there is nothing they could do but they had a similar vehicle that is newer and more expensive if I was interested…I wouldn’t give this dealership a dime, nor would I recommend them to anyone buying a vehicle. No matter how competitive the price may look!! You will get better service elsewhere.
