Main display screen blank. 3 1/2 hours later to perform updates and diagnose main display. they said the main display needs replaced and they would work with Ford to get one They also claimed to have performed 2 service updates. Unable to obtain a rental car I left with the truck with a nonworking maindisplay. At home I disconnected two batteries and was able to reset the main display. Two weeks past and not a word from the dealer. Went to another Ford dealer who completed 3 service updates including two Marian Ford claimed to have completed. Marian Ford had my truck for 3 1/2 hours while I waited and seemingly did nothing they claimed. Worst dealership experience ever.
