Out of state purchaser of 2 f150s
Terrible experience and simply looking for help finishing my purchase. Trucks as advertised online I called asked for availability and they had them. Connected me to a sales guy that then sent me price sheets to sign that were incorrect. Called them out and then were corrected. Sent to finance where finance guy said I had to use 2 different banks because 1 bank would not finance both trucks. Fill out all proper paperwork assuming my loans are approved. They set up delivery of the trucks to the incorrect address after confirming with the sales rep that they were going to my business location not my home address ended up waiting an additional 2 hours. Whatever, then I get the trucks and I am driving one and find a cell phone in it. I call my sales rep and its the drivers cell phone, I fed ex the cell phone on my dime back to NC as a decent person would do. I get a phone call next morning from fifth third bank one of the banks I supposedly was approved with, asking me a bunch of questions which finance told me they might call. Turns out after I answer their questions they cancel my loan which was never completely approved to begin with because I said I as going to pull trailers with it which was never said and anyways why does that even matter. Finance said I should of never said that which is bs as he blamed me on the phone for something I never even said- crazy thing is we do not even pull trailers with f150s. Fast forward there, I personally went to my own bank Navy Fed and pulled a loan and mailed a check to be told they never received the check. Idk what you want me to do, you are finance call Navy Fed and confirm a loan is pulled on this truck and request a new check. I get another text URGENT saying I need to get some address validation documents over via email which were already sent 1 week prior. Turns out this guy doesn’t check his email and gets this loan denied for the other f150 and then has to re submit. Come to find out the finance guy I have been working with went on vacation mid way through the deal and when he got back moved to a different store and left our deal unfinished. Iv had these trucks like 2 weeks now and do not even know who the lien holder is of the one that required address verification so I cannot add to insurance if I cannot claim who the lien holder is ! I also need to know when am I getting my license plates. VA and I got temporary NC tags
