We had never purchased a car until this time with Randy Marion. We visited them on Jan24th to check out a 2013 Volvo s80 for my son. We liked how the car looked and had a few concerns which the sales person said they would look at it. All went fine after back and forth on the price and we agreed on a deal. I could not drive back the car so the sales person agreed to deliver it to us, which was a great gesture but little did we know what was in store for us. The car was delivered Jan 26th. We drove it for a day and found that the schedule maintenence indicator started lighting up and also found that the wheels weren’t balanced and the car steering would shake at 65-70mph speed. I checked with the sales rep and he asked to bring the car over. We did and the service just inflated air and reset the maintenance warning. On the way back the car steering was still wobbling at high speeds. At this point we wanted to return the car. We were told they would not take the car back. We had to get wheels balanced and are now stuck with a car which keeps giving weird warning messages every now and then. We are very disappointed with the service and are never returning here for service or buying another car.
