Sales process was great. Streamlined and very easy to buy a 75k vehicle. I did expect a bit more help from factory and the dealer over a leaking pinion seal just out of Powertrain warranty on an SUV purchased less than 5 years ago and serviced at Randy Marion Ford in Statesville.
