Bought a 2024 F-150 May of 2025. Due to it being a courtesy vehicle I was promised 4 yr/42,000 bumper to bumper warranty and an extension of the existing Blue Cruise trial so the total length of the BC trial would be three years from my purchase. Come to find out there is no 4 yr/42,000 bumper to bumper, I ended up with 42 month/42,000 Premium Warranty. I have been trying for months to get answers from anyone at Randy Marion regarding the Blue Cruise extension. Half the time no one picks up, you leave a voicemail and no one calls back, if you do talk to someone they say they will look into it and you never hear anything back. I wouldn’t trust anything they tell you.
