I drove 4 hours to pick up the vehicle. Even though I had a check from my bank, the process still took 2 hours. During this time I had to ask for a water instead of being offered a water. The brand new vehicle with 16 miles was delivered with 2 scratches. It’s noted in the deal paperwork this would be fixed, but I have not had any communication from the dealer about it. On a positive note the sales person Sarah, was pleasant to work with. But overall I am less than impressed.
