It was like pulling teeth to get them to do a NC inspection & ! recall. They don’t like motor homes even when this was just a 24′ Transit chassis. The good thing was they did the work half hour sooner then they said. I’m spending for an extended Ford warranty and most dealers don’t want to work on it. Maybe that’s why so many are Mercedes. On a positive note, a salesman, Carl Boone, did an excellent job and had a warm, friendly attitude. I was looking at a Nautilus while waiting for the service.
