Bought a truck, warranty went out (we were not aware since we’ve owned the truck 9 months) 11 days prior to the diesel engine going out and choosing us over$18,000 and Ford would not assist with repairs since we didn’t buy the truck new. Randy Marion didn’t offer to assist to help with repair costs. Very upsetting since we only owned a vehicle 9 months and it only had 52,000 miles on it when the engine went out!
