I wouldn’t bring anything to this Dealership. I test drove a 2019 Traverse here. There was noise from the transmission. Upon the service inspection, it was determined the transmission was in need of replacement. I was told they would fix it so I went thru the process of purchasing. after 2.5 weeks, the replacement was complete. I drove the car for about a week learning the new vehicle to me. I then left for a trip to Michigan for several weeks. Upon my return trip home, a clunking sound started coming from the right front like a bad shock. When I got home, i scheduled service at R. Marion. Upon their inspection, it was found that there were bolts loose which they tightened. It also didn’t always recognize that the transmission was in park and beeped. Service sent a message the shifter was bad. This would have been disconnected when replacing the transmission. I was told there was a $500.00 service fee. What, for a incompetent repair job. Loose bolts and a improperly adjusted shifter. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. I am going to contact a Lemon Law Lawyer if I have to deal with this $500.00 service fee.
