Elizabeth Sosa was a wonderful sales person. She’s the only reason for 1 star. She did a fabulous job. Now Paul the new car sales manager was awful. Had a terrible attitude because I did my research and asked a bunch of questions and got terrible explanations of the fees and taxes. When we told him we didn’t want the aftermarket “Resist All” paint protectant that Elizabeth told us was optional he said “We get 5 to 6 of these vehicles in every week but we have to charge for that resist all you don’t have to buy the vehicle”. Well sir you raising your voice at me in front of my wife and kids is the reason we will never buy a car from Randy Marion and we will tell everyone we know of this awful experience. Highly don’t recommend Randy Marion.
