My husband brought his car here to order a brand new radio and get it put in. First he ordered it and paid an overnight shipping fee and it didn’t come in until 6 days later! Reg flag number one. They never called and let him know what was going on. So, with that they told him to come anytime on Monday and the radio should be in and they’ll get it put in. He came on Monday and it STILL wasn’t there and no one called him again. They tried to tell him when he came on Monday that he didn’t have an appt and nobody there told him to come on Monday then said they will call him and let him know when it comes in and will get him scheduled. I called yesterday and after being transferred to a million different people they said the radio was there. I got it scheduled. I brought it in today and nobody knew prices of how much anything would cost or when I could expect it to be done since I dropped it off before work. I call at lunch time and they finally notify me and my husband that they ordered the wrong radio and it’s nothing they can do. They wanted him to pay for the radio since it couldn’t be returned and speak to his boss when all we wanted was the car back at this point because we have been getting the run around with this for a week now. I don’t recommend coming here!
