If I had written a review the night I went and looked at my car, it would have been a 5 star. But after time things got a little sketchy. My salesperson was Recia Kiser. I bought my hummer a little over 2 months ago, and am disappointed I was over promised and under delivered. I drove the hummer for a couple weeks before I actually signed for it, and during that time the check engine light came on and my turn signal was not functional. I returned the hummer to be serviced and was told after dropping off Friday I would have it back Saturday. Didn’t happen. They had it for 3 days and kept me in the dark about why the engine like was on. After getting the vehicle back, the turn signal still did not work. After a drama filled conversation about them not having my down payment yet (because the paint we arranged to be fixed and the turn signal still not working) I finally got an arrangement made to have the turn signal fixed properly and gave them my down payment. I was assured that day that the touch up painter would fix the chips I had wanted fixed at no charge to me. Well here I am, no paint fixed and no return messages from anyone from Randy Marion. I am very disappointed in the service. Lots of miscommunication errors on my salesperson’s end, or that was what I was told. So I was promised a lot of stuff under the table apparently. I am very appreciative of Thomas arranging my loan tho. He worked very hard to get me approved as I have just started building my credit. I was also disappointed I ended up having to purchase an extended warranty on the car when I really wasn’t wanting to but felt compelled to as I never got an actual reason from a mechanic what was wrong with the car. Just told it was nothing. But when checking around the reason they had given me was not logical according to other mechanics. If things would have been the way it was the first night I went there it would have been excellent. But unfortunately not not the case. It was very stressful to say the least.
