Traveled 1-1/2 hrs to buy a 3500 gas p/u. .Michelle was a good salesperson but the next day when printing all our paperwork (receipt, everything) we realized “Paul” increased the sticker price $600 from what we have a pic of that was on the truck on the lot for sale. Explanation: delivery fuel when up after they priced it? We were also told “we got a good deal on the truck”. We have researched for 6+ months prior to purchase & decided to make a long trip to buy. We are owed $600 + applicable tax. Not a good business practice.
