I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership while trying to test drive a Chevrolet Blazer EV priced at $57,000. When I asked to test drive the vehicle, the salesman (Thornton Blocker) told me I could not because it is a “high-performance car.” This made absolutely no sense to me – we are not talking about a Lamborghini or Ferrari, but a Chevrolet.
When I asked to speak to the sales manager, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He claimed it was “Chevy policy” that customers cannot test drive this vehicle. Out of concern, I called Chevrolet customer service directly and was told there is no such policy.
So essentially, this dealership was misleading me while showing complete disrespect. The manager’s attitude was terrible, and he made it clear they did not value me as a customer.
I will not be purchasing from this dealer, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere. There are dealerships like Hendrick Chevy who actually respect their customers and provide honest service.
This location has lost my trust entirely.
