Vehicle has an extended warranty was told by the service advisor the best in the industry, but yet I was charged over $200 to reconnect a hose. No parts needed he said so not covered. Well that should be a good thing. You should reconnect the hose in 30 mins or less how does that equal $200+? Then we had an oil change, what a rip off. Over $100 why would anyone take their vehicle there for an oil change??? Not very happy paying close to $350 to connect a hose and get an oil change. Times are tough and you charge people like this to service a vehicle that was bought brand new at Randy Marion and paid over $5000 for an extended warranty. Why do I need a warranty if you cant use it?
