We’ve had service done here over the past few years, and problems either weren’t corrected or failed again within a few months. On a few occasions, we also made appointments for service, and called later in the day to find our vehicle wasn’t worked on and it might not get looked at that and might be the next day until we get it back. When we came in to trade in our vehicle and purchase a new one, the sales managers were arrogant and even raised their voices at us, which was incredibly unprofessional. We ended up purchasing from another CDJR dealership in the area and made sure to share this experience in the Stellantis survey I received. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership and taking your business elsewhere.
