Classic “bait and switch” tactics – and both sales managers were rude regarding price negotiation. They priced a used Ram truck on their website at a good price, only to find they would add over $7k out the door, most of which were various dealer fees. I offered their asking price plus tax/title/tags and was told that I was low-balling them, and the sales managers Mike/Chris acted like I was the problem. Terrible customer service and dishonest tactics. Buyer beware, I was highly disappointed.
