My car took 10 days to fix. I had a mobile mechanic check everything they should have in under an hr. He didnt have the ability to program a key fob, which i never had in the first place. The service manager said at pick up it should of been a 3 day job. I paid $457 for two wires to be spliced together and a new key fob that was $20-$60 on every site I shopped. The service advisor Chris carried on personal conversations every phone call for the first 2 minutes. I didn’t care about his knee replacement or his favorite Beatles song. I will not recommend them !! I talked with two other kia dealers who quoted half the price and 2 to 3 days turn around. When I picked up my unwashed car 10 days later, 4 young guys were standing under a car on the lift, all on their phones. Maybe if the dealership banned cell phones on the work floor , more work would be done.
