Initially had a great experience buying my car with Randy Marion Salisbury. I drove an hour and a half to get my car. It was priced well, did not haggle on price with them at all. The next day, I looked at the USB drive that was given to me and realized they charged me an additional $4300 on my car. When I called, I was told it was a “reconditioning” fee that is put on every used car on their lot. I was never told about this cost. I have called, spoke to several people that are now passing me off to other people and giving me the run around. I will be contacting BBB and the news. No one should have to be lied to and then not taken seriously. Do not come here. They hide fees and are not up front on the cost. Buyer beware. Online prices DO NOT include additional fees they tact on. They lure you in with a ‘lower cost” and then add on once you agree to buy the car.
And if you notice, they never reply back to negative reviews. Only positive. Shows you they have no interest in making it right. They will also block you on Facebook of you try to put a negative review. Someone is shady.
