I took my 20-year-old Cherokee in for service because I had some electrical issues with the driver’s brake light and turn signals, just before Christmas. Service had the car for a week, and no one called to tell me anything. Because I was upset, I contacted the service manager who told me the car would be done the next day and gave me 10% off my bill. $700 later, I picked up the car, and it’s not fixed. Call the service manager back, and he says they can’t get it in until after Christmas. I was assured the service advisor who would handle it would contact me soon. Here I am a month later with zero contact, and my car is still not right. It doesn’t matter if it’s Wood Or Marion. The level of service sucks; spend your money with your local independent mechanic instead. I expected a lot more from a real dealer.
