Called to arrange a repair for my Jeep, took 2 days to speak with service the first time with a promise of a call back the next day. A week later I called them again and was told they were having an issue getting the parts but would call me back later that day with an update. It has been almost 2 weeks and no call back and my Jeep still needs repairs. I have washed my hands of Randy Marion and am working with another Jeep dealership who are on top of it! It’s a shame that I have to go to a different town to get the same service, guess Randy Marion is more concerned about their commercials than actually helping their clients. Save yourself the grief and contact ANY other shop!
