It’s difficult for me to give Gerry Wood a bad review. The Story: Gerry Wood sponsors BRAKES, which is an awesome drivers education organization. I put both of my kids through the program and it has already paid dividends. Gerry Wood also has a limited lifetime power-train warranty on their vehicles, therefore I was determined to buy my first truck (Ram 1500). So when I was finally ready I made an appointment and I went down to buy my truck. I was soooo excited!!! I got there the morning of New Years Eve and found out that one of the sales managers was pushy, bossy and very arrogant which really turned me off. After about an hour of not finding what I wanted and dealing with that pushiness I left there truly disappointed. They totally let me down.
Gerry Wood needs to send all of there management and sales staff to a customer service training course to learn how to take to people not down to them. Sad!!!
So I went down the road to M&L that same day and got my Awesome new truck. I named it The Beast. I love it.
