The wait time for an appointment at 7:30 am was extreme. Our jeep wasn’t ready until 10:30. Our car is a 2021 with around 17000 miles on it. We have the Jeep Wave. We were told a maintenance item was not covered under our maintenance issue during the car inspection and wanted us to pay out of pocket. We’ve had the car for less than a year. The advisor I spoke with gave me generic answers and told me he couldn’t look up my information in the system to see what warranty I had. I will not return to this location, although it’s the closest to me.
