Both Zach and Nate of the sales staff were great. I’m handicapped and have a lift on the back of my Jeep Compass to haul my power chair. I traded a 2019 Compass for a 2026 Compass. The Service Department at your dealership said it would take 10 hours to transfer the lift — it was installed in my home garage in less than an hour. Now I have to wait another week before I get my new Compass while we get the lift installed by an outside mechanic for $250 or less. This should be a service you provide — I’m not very pleased with the service.
