Bought one of the 2022 Rams on sale. The personnel at the dealership was friendly enough but, I was never informed that I was only getting 1 key till after the paperwork was signed. The cheapest I could get another key was $225.00.
I also didn’t realize it didn’t come with a owners manual. I called my salesman and left a message but, he never returned my call. The manual I ordered cost $27.00. These may be little things but I did expect a little more out such a big dealership.
