We went to buy a vehicle and decided on a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT. It had a few problems that Kia was saying was due to a different issue that they went and fixed. After 2 weeks we found out the issues were not addressed. We took it back in and disucssed for quite a while and Kia did take it back and fix the thinks that were still wrong with it at no extra charge. Now a little over 2 months in another problem comes to the front of these constant issues. We found out the spark plugs were original in the car never changed which is surprising since they are supposed to put the used cars through a massive check and the check engine light came on for a converter. Kia at that time did not want anything to do with it.
The reason for 2 stars is because initially they took responsibility but it took a lot of pushing for this to happen. Buyt 2 stars also for not backing the vehicle once we found that they never changed spark plugs that were original and car had over 140K miles and they did not want to at least share the cost of the mistake.
